The Genius G-Note 7100 digital notepad allows you to capture and organize your ideas by using a pen. By simply writing or drawing using one of the two included wireless pens on the letter-size notepad, you can enter notes and images directly into your PC. Best of all, you don't need to be constantly connected to use the G-Note 7100. The notepad's built-in 32 MB memory can store up to 100 pages. The tablet's high resolution sensor can capture 2,000 lines-per-inch of resolution, so even the smallest notes or details will show up clearly when you connect it to your computer's USB port. I wanted an easy to use digital notepad that would help me get my written notes translated to typed text. The few reviews I could find indicated it did that pretty well. even if it fell down in other places. I liked the size and weight of the tablet holder, and the fact that it used regular notepads. The pens are not super high quality, but they are not bad. Unlike some of the other notepads out there, the G-7100 doesn't rely on a clip at the top of the notepad to record your handwriting. Most of those have gotten mixed or poor reviews (the clips). Unfortunately I couldn't check how well the G7100 actually captured my handwriting because it isn't compatible with Windows Vista. I gave it a 4 though because I think it has been under-rated for this purpose.

This notepad helps in my class. Now I can show students how to work on problems step by step and avoid doing so in those "dirty" marks. However, one of the pens came with this package did not work at all.

The  6 x 8 inch Drawing Tablet from Genius is a fantastic value for money device. It offers a wealth of features associated with much more expensive machines. It has an 8×6 inch working area which gives the user well over 1000 levels of sensitivity. It has a completely cordless mouse and pen making it very flexible and adaptable. It also offers a 3D scroll wheel for fast browsing on the Internet and in Windows documents.

In summary a fantastic value device and for around $50 you cannot ask for much more.
